I realize there haven't been any posts from me in the past week, but that is because nothing interesting has happened. We have just been doing the usual day in, day out stuff. Although I started reading the first Twilight book(I know, I know, I am behind) and I can definitely see why everyone is smitten by them. It is hard to explain the feeling you get when you read it.... I haven't found a book I like this much in quite a while. Don't get me wrong, I love to read, but I just get bored too easily. Preston is growing up before my eyes. He is too smart for his own good!! He is putting sentences together and remembers things that I don't even remember. It is fun and frightening all at the same time because I know it will be over in an instant and he will be all grown up and out of the house before I can blink. Sucks!! As far as Kacey goes, he has just been working and working. He is getting excited for the deer hunt this weekend though. Me, I have just been cleaning and cooking and all the mommy stuff. I can now understand why when I was growing up my mom used to say "I am so tired of cleaning up your stuff!!!" Got it, mom... Thanks for all those years of cleaning up after me. Too many years. Anyway, that is all for now!!!

Relief Society Conference
Yesterday I had the pleasure of going to the Women's Conference at the conference center in Salt Lake City with my mom and little sister... and we had a blast!!! We decided to ride the frontrunner to Salt Lake and ride the Trax around town so we didn't have to deal with traffic. We went early and had lunch before and walked around temple square a bit.. We only wish we had more time to shop or something like that. Anyway, here are some pictures from our excursion....
On the frontrunner on our way to Salt Lake
My lovely mother....
All of us at the conference....
I am so happy that my mom invited us to go and was able to get tickets... We don't get to spend much mother-daughters bonding time anymore so it was nice to get away with just the girls for a day...

Lagoon Day!!
Well we had the pleasure of going to Lagoon on Saturday, and we had a blast!! My dad gave me his tickets from work(Thank YOU DAD!!! We Love YOu!!!) and it was kirby's works lagoon day as well. My little sister and her hubby Casey came along, so that made it even better. Preston got to go on quite a few rides and for the most part, loved it. It started raining in the latter part of the day, but we didn't mind. Here are a couple pictures from our day..... On the skyscraper......
On the train
Other than that fun day, not alot has been going on. Last Saturday was an exciting day, though. My mom went through the temple for the first time. To be honest, I never thought I would see that day, but it actually happened!! It was so nice to go with her and see her happy face. I am so proud of her and the things she has accomplished. I love you mommy!!! Well, I think that is all for now.

Peach Days.....
Well peach days this year was a success!!! We had a good time at the parade, and Preston enjoyed it except for the loud noises. I had a whole bunch of family with me, which I LOVED.... It is funny because I feel like everything changes once you have kids. We loved peach days, but we were done by about 8.... Sad huh. It was just so exhausting and we didn't bring our stroller (long story, I will have to tell it to you another day) and so we had to have my bro-in-law Kirb bring it from our house so we could go the rest of the day.It was really awesome that we got to see every person of my family at sometime throughout the day, and that rarely happens. SO that was nice. I am a little upset with myself though because I forgot to take ANY pictures of the whole thing......

Stuck!!
Oh where to begin....... I hate that most of the three blogs I have posted have been negative, but I am having some difficulties right now! So we currently only have one boy, Preston, who is two and the absolute JOY of my life!! I don't know what we did before we had him. However, we have been trying to get pregnant since LAST FREAKING JULY!!! I have infertility/am infertile (however you say it). There. I said it. And needless to say it hasn't been working. So we have been and are currently doing infertility treatments, which is fantastic except for the cost. Our insurance really doesn't cover anything so it is all out of pocket and every extra penny we have that we aren't using for bills is going to the infertility fund. So I am majorly STRESSED!! And on another note, I have been working at Shopko for the last 14 months. I know, i know, Sad, Right?? Well the reason I have is because of this: Kacey works at Tramcor as a diesel mechanic. Great job, not so great hours. During the school year he rotates morning and swing shifts- either 6 am to 3 pm, or 10 am to 7 pm.... So I would really rather not work, but I feel that I am perfectly able being that I have no newborn and no baby in my belly.... now are you beginning to see the problem I am running in to?? Yea. I would either have to put preston in daycare,( which I refuse to do) or only work every other week. And shopko was the ONLY PLACE ON THE PLANET that would hire me for every other week only. So I am running into this problem of I feel like we have no money, and I basically have no way of getting a real job. I don't know. Oh! But I did just get my CNA certification renewed so I might be able to find something that would work there........ Needless to say I have alot on my mind so you might be hearing from me more often in the future..... But ta ta for now.........

Grrrr.......
Ok. So I am extremely frustrated with something.... Healthcare!! Here is the story...... I recently was able to retest and renew my CNA license and I would like to get a job at a hospital. However, EVERY hospital wants you to have one year of experience in said department, like for me Labor and Delivery. So here is my question/frustration: How am I supposed to get any experience if you have to have experience to begin with??? I have a year of experience at a long-term care facility, isn't that good enough?? SO if anyone has any suggestions of how I could get experience or other grains of wisdom, do share. Thanks!!
